About our company: Ope’s is a Certified Organic vegan company founded in Kalamazoo, Michigan by Dr. Richard Oppenlander and his family in 2004. Today, Ope’s day-to-day operations are directed by Lauren Oppenlander, who will be present at the Rothbury Festival, and proudly serving Pizza and Southwest Stuffed Sandwiches along with a variety of delicious, decadent trademarked oatmeal applesauce cookies. All products served by Ope’s will not only be organic and vegan, but will also be the healthiest possible foods offered at the festival. All items are under 250 calories, contain NO trans or saturated fat, contain NO cholesterol, and contain NO refined flours or sugars.
