About our farm: We are one of only about a dozen places in the United States of America that make certified organic fresh raw-milk cheese on their own family farm from only their own grass-fed cows.  Raw milk cheese, in addition to having more vitamins and digestible minerals in it, has a more intense flavor than cheese made from pasteurized milk. In fact, to make cheese from pasteurized milk, a cheese maker must add calcium!
